At the Rio Rancho School Employees' Union (RRSEU), we believe in a thriving educational environment for everyone. We serve as a dedicated advocate for all school employees across Rio Rancho Public Schools, working tirelessly to create optimal learning conditions for our children and equitable working conditions for our staff. Through the power of collective bargaining, we secure essential rights, fair benefits, and just compensation for our valued members.

We are a proud affiliate of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and the AFL-CIO, strengthening our voice and reach.
